ecoACTIVE welcomes volunteers to support our Education Officers in delivering workshops in schools and at community events. We hope to provide you with an enjoyable and rewarding experience, and once you have worked with us for any length of time, we will be happy to provide references for your future job applications.

Session Workers

Our Education Officers are supported by session workers, who help deliver environmental education programmes in schools and in the community.

Management Committee members

ecoACTIVE is overseen by a Management Committee of local teachers and members of the community, who take responsibility for its financial and legal integrity. The Committee meets every 4-6 weeks for about 1½ hours at ecoACTIVE's office base in Richmond Road, E8. Officers are elected from the Committee members at each Annual General Meeting. ecoACTIVE welcomes new members at any time.
