Our Team
Jessica Dolan
Director
I started working at ecoACTIVE in 2008, and first joined as an Education Officer. Prior to that I worked at Marwell Wildlife in Hampshire, working with the Education Team. I love the vibrancy and diversity of working in East London, but occasionally still miss having the view of the rhinos and zebras from my office window!
Catia Squarcia
Deputy Director
I lead the strategic and operational delivery of our sustainability education, outdoor learning and youth skills programmes, to empower children and young people with the skills and confidence to thrive in a sustainable future. I also support our director in the ongoing strategic development and functioning of the charity.
Helping society transition to a more sustainable model through education has been my call since a young age, and still love it!
Natasha Eve
Community Garden Coordinator
I have worked for ecoACTIVE since 2018 and as Community Gardening Coordinator since 2019. I love working with people and have been involved with community gardening for the last ten years: it’s a great way to connect with people, growing, plants and the natural world. I have a particular interest in regenerative approaches to food growing, including forest gardening.
Michael Shilling
Marketing and Communications Manager
I joined the ecoACTIVE team in 2022 as the Marketing and Communications officer. With over two decades of professional photography experience, my journey has been diverse.
Leveraging my engagement with various environmental groups and passion for storytelling, I aspire to contribute to a greener, more sustainable London.
